Li Hing Mui is an Asian plum spice used here in Hawaii in everything from fresh fruit, baked goods cocktails & more, most of time unfortunately it contains artificial colors & artificial sweeteners. However we use an all natural plums spice not containing any colors or artificial sweeteners to great review. This is definitely a Local favorite, Ono Good.
